1961 – Tallied by Larry Milberry at Cartierville, Quebec, 22 May 1961, while en route to NB. 1962 – No information.

Fire Suppression – BC
1963Crashed July 31, 1963, near Seymour Lake, BC, 10 miles south-southwest of Smithers Airport. Pilot Alfred James Roberts was killed and the aircraft destroyed. [Robert M. Stitt, pers. comm.] The Department of Transport accident card describes the accident as follows: “The pilot misjudged the distance between the aircraft and rising trees beyond a small fire on which he was attempting to make an accurate and low drop. The aircraft struck trees immediately after passing over the fire. The aircraft struck the ground nose first, inverted.”
