Incident occurred at the Millinocket Muni Airport, Millinocket, ME. This was a local flight from Millinocket, ME. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with trees during the takeoff run. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions and downwind approach. The sky conditions were clear.” [Aerial Visuals]
